We were treated like V.I.P....

Liked: We had slept in and did not partake in breakfast
Disliked: All service and facilities were very accommodating staff was very polite, housekeeping was very friendly. Every time that my wife and I come to Killeen, Tx, we always stay at this same Sleep Inn. We’ve visited this same Motel probably 10 times.

Sperm in the bed running...

Liked: Most of the staff were very accommodating and very considerate except for the manager which refused to handle the used condom that I found between the sheets full of sperm that eventually got stuck to my arm .
Disliked: I didn't like the customer service that the manager had provided me and lack of respect that the manager showed towards me and my feelings concerning the situation and how I felt about it

Liked: It was clean and pleasant.
Disliked: I booked a King Size Suite Non-smoking, handicap accessible, the room was very nice except for the heat did not work. I was cold the entire night. The next morning I informed the desk and they moved me to a full size room, no suite but, it had heat. My room was very small compared to what I paid for. They did not adjust my price, which I felt they should have done. I would have preferred to get another room exactly like the one I had and paid for. Other than than the room was clean and warm. The desk clerk James was very polite and helpful. I would love for them to give me a credit or adjust my bill.
