The rooms and commons area were attractive and clean. Breakfast was yummy! Beds were comfy, but an extra blanket would have been nice.

Liked: That you still have carpet in the hall and rooms!
Disliked: For an elderly person, getting into the tub for a shower is dangerous. The tub walls are high, and the tub floor should have a slip proof bottom.

Liked: Decent breakfast. Well-lit parking area. Very clean room.
Disliked: No glasses in the room??? Had to go to the front desk to get a few plastic cups. And no ice bucket in the room??? Another trip down to the desk!!Biggest disappointment….no discount for retired military!! Seriously doubt if we’ll be back.

Aevarge to poor stay

Liked: Clean, because it’s new.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great and the pool was small. The pool had suction that was sticking out in the water and it hurt when you swam into it. The pools deck was soaked with 1-2 inches of water because it wasn’t draining. Definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Exceptional

Liked: Easy check in. Bed was comfortable, staff was nice, quiet environment, pool was warm and breakfast was good.
Disliked: TV channels got a little pixelated at times.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The only baggage cart they had was virtually unusable. A couple of the wheels were not functional. It made getting into the room very difficult. Also, they need to install grab bars in the shower to assist old people like me in steadying myself as I get in and out of the shower, Grab bars are not that expensive to install.

Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned I found trash on the floor and as I went to bed I found an empty water bottle between the bed and night stand which was obvious that you could see it.Beds were not comfortable and upon check in the girl charged me 50 dollars more for just in case you get something or they have to charge you extra and to be honest I've never had to pay that up front but they have taken my card number but not money now I have to wait 5 business days to get that back.I won't be staying there again and I will stick with the Windham motels.
