So disappointed at Sleep Inn...

Liked: Nothing! The place was filthy. A roach as long as my index finger dead on the floor, brown areas on the pillows with hair attached, white stuff dried on the walls by the headboard, dead maggots on the bed frame, counters with "sticky substance" on it, other dead small bugs on the counter tops. I have pictures of everything. It was completely gross!! Of course, I did not stay.
Disliked: See above! Everything!

Disliked: Spread on bed wasn't clean and they only had three channels on the TV to watch

Liked: Desk clerk was rude and property tried to charge my card hours before I ever arrived. Also was told that a cash deposit of 100 -200.

Will not be staying again....

Liked: Manager was very nice and apologetic. Breakfast was hot. Air conditioning cool, and mattresses comfortable. Half the price of other five hotels in the same parking lot.
Disliked: Very old-needs a remodel TERRIBLY!! Carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in some time. Bedding very stained and all had tears. Dried food and sticky all over hair dryer. Food particles on top of bedding upon checking in-they did provide new bedding upon request. Refrigerator was full of water and didn’t work and knob was completely missing. Stairwell full of leaves and trash lying around-Same for 2 days nothing removed or cleaned. Dried food all under the desk where people had thrown stuff away. By far, the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in but the price is extremely low. Just beware, you truly get what you pay for. If trying to save just be prepared. I know staffing is hard to keep so I imagine that is part of the issue especially when paying so little for a place to stay. Hotel NEEDS REMODELING and all new carpet and bedding. Morning desk staff sat in a chair entire morning-It would have taken 5 minutes to vacuum or sweep the front lobby and steps but I assume that was not in the front desk staff responsibilities?

Disliked: Everything else. The rooms were dirty, shady males standing outside the entrance of the hotel. There wasn't any breakfast. Everything in the rooms was practically broken. Sad, very sad.

Disliked: Dirty, carpet stained, no stopper in bathroom sink, toilet seat broken, didn’t leave clean towels 2nd day and third day never cleaned room or left clean towels. Only one trash basket in room and was never emptied. Refrigerator in room has huge ice build up. Would never stay here again and cannot believe this is on booking dot com. Terrible experience!
