i was disappointed that they...

Liked: the staff front lady is helpful and professional
Disliked: my sheets were dirty and had to wait until the morning for them to change them

Disliked: Everything was good except my over charged debit card and I was overcharged for my room when it was one price booking but got but a different price at hotel and didn’t get my money back
