Disappointing

Disliked: The excessive smoking of cannabis on the 3rd floor made the entire floor smell awful. Trash thrown out through the parking lot.

Outrageous

Liked: When I arrived, it was clean and big however…..
Disliked: No cleaners to clean my room. No one there to change the towels. Load noise up to 3 in the morning. Don’t be fooled by the pictures! The TV needs updating. Some of the sockets wasn’t working. The WIFI was terrible, I had to stand near the door or occasionally stand outside my room to talk to my family on WhatsApp. It’s not worth the money.

Liked: The entire hotel has a wonderfully pleasant and positive vibe. The room was perfect for one and very very clean I was super happy with the in room coffee maker (pod style) and complimentary coffee pods.
Disliked: The one thing I had an issue with was the ability to find the ice maker! I looked on my floor before going downstairs and finding an employee to tell me it was in the kitchen, where breakfast is served.
