Disliked: Nothing I can point out.

Overall the stay was ok,...

Liked: The man who checked me in the evening we arrived was great, but as far as the other front desk staff they seriously need to work on their customer service skills.
Disliked: I didn't like how high the rates were due to the big music festival in town. The fact the hotel ran out of clean towels was unacceptable!! Plus the breakfast left a lot to be desired, the biscuit that you had to heat up was disgusting. But I did like how they individually wrapped the muffins.

Liked: It was comfortable, quiet, and had good pricing.
Disliked: The manager was rude over the phone prior to checking in. The front desk receptionist had people waiting for 25+ minutes to check out.

Great service and great Location

Liked: Location was just minutes away from Everything I needed. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was everytime I flush the toilet, the water wouldn't fill back up so I had to take the back off every time and get the water to fill back up... But other than that... Everything was GOOD.
