Comfortable, decent value for money

Liked: Comfortable spacious room, good hot breakfast and even some fresh fruit! Location was fine for getting to places, close to I-65. All staff attentive and helpful.
Disliked: They ran out of tea, but... first world problems

Disliked: Nothing of significance!! The wall behind bed might could be changed to a more calming color like a blue gray ?? Or in the soft blue family? But, that being said, everything was great!!!

Disliked: Didn’t have hot water for the three days we were there. Our bathroom sink was plugged. Kept complaining about water but only the day we left did someone check it out. Only discounted us $75 on our 3 night stay

Liked: The location was fine
Disliked: The price was ridiculous for the quality of the room. The bathroom was dirty. The door was off the track and didn’t close and looked like it had ever been cleaned. We got in at 3 am and there were no parking spots and then the desk clerk made us wait while she went to the bathroom. We were exhausted and then a fire alarm woke us up. We were confused about what time it was because the clocks were never reset after daylight savings. To top it off there was no hot water to shower in the morning. It was awful.

Go somewhere else. Not worth...

Liked: Location is nice easy access from freeway
Disliked: I made this reservation for 2 rooms a month ago and requested adjoining rooms or close together as possible. Upon arriving I was told they were completely booked so our rooms were on separate floors. If I’d been traveling with children this would have been an issue. Tv didn’t work, front desk clerk had to come up and fiddle with the connections then it worked. The thermostat errored out at 1 am, woke up to a hot room, decided to just open the window since we’d already been told they were booked solid and doubted they’d have a maintenance person on at 1 a.m. When we complained the next morning at check we were told that since we did t give them the chance to make it right in the middle of the night basically it was our problem. Also bed and pillows are hard as rocks.
