Liked: When we arrived the beds in the room I booked were smaller than I expected. The hotel staff were more than happy to help us get a room with bigger beds. We appreciate their friendliness.

Liked: There was no observed pest. The location was good for my activities.
Disliked: The bathroom vent was running continuously and no way to shut it off. I was out as and came back later and noticed an odor in the room that did not go away.I concluded that was the reason the vent was continuously running. The room should've been discounted due to the vent and odor.

Disliked: I wasn't informed that the elevator was out until after I checked in, which was an inconvenience. The refrigerator in the room had no freezer, which is something that I specifically asked for. The A/C unit was super loud. I had to turn it off.
