Liked: The staff were very kind. The rooms were large and clean! The bed was very comfortable. Easy to get anywhere in the city we wanted to go to from this location.

Liked: Location was fantastic - walking distance of NW23rd which is full of great coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Easy drive to University of Portland.Room was a great size and free parking was a bonus.

Liked: Due to a last minute flight delay, I needed to reschedule my booking for the next night. The staff was kind and able to make the change without much fanfare. I'm very thankful they were able to accommodate a last minute change without penalty. Also, the pillows are super comfortable to the point I'd like to know how to get some of them.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast available, but they do have a restaurant next to the lobby if you're looking for a meal.
