Lovely and relaxing!

Liked: Beds were so comfy, nice clean room, spa was lovely and location 2 view was great
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t hot and £3 for sauce on top of a £30 steak and £5 to add chips was quite a lot!

I enjoyed my stay in...

Liked: The restaurant is perfect, enjoyed having breakfast and dinner with the lovely view of Sidmouth and the food was good. Although I did not use gym or indoor pool the facilities were very good.
Disliked: My single room was a bit small for me, wasn’t a lot of room to manoeuvre around the bed, though the shower room with WC and toilet were excellent. It was the first hotel where a service charge for every evening meals and drinks at 12.5%.

Liked: Great location. Great facilities. Lovely room with view. Restaurant food amazing.
Disliked: Some aspects a little tired. Curtain I dining area ripped. Tear in cushion in room. External furniture looked weathered.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Liked: I had a lovely room for one, with a view of the sea, very unexpected but delighted. The bed was a double and very comfortable. The room was of good size for one, with on-suite shower room. Nicely decorated.

Liked: The staff were lovely,friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good and the facilities in the room excellent.
Disliked: There was no information about the splendid photographs in the hallway;it would be mice to have some dates and locations.
