Liked: Room size and location
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic. Room description was somewhat misleading - "facing the pool" was also facing the street. Shower curtain was dirty. Poor noise insulation - you could hear the tv in the adjacent room or guests talk/sneeze. Alarm clock went off early morning in adjacent room that had been vacated the day before. It woke us up and went on and on for a while before someone turned it off.

Excellent family friendly beachside hotel...

Liked: Location to the beach was ideal, rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had many options.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great!

Liked: Clean, renovated, friendly staff. You can purchase some of the items in your room if you want. You can tip the housekeepers. They provided daily care for the rooms. The breakfast involved a continental style breakfast. They have nicer luggage carts. Private beach. This is a nicer hotel than 2 stars, quite frankly. Would stay again. Love the shutters vs curtains which tend to look gross in most hotels. Nice balcony. All around impressive.
Disliked: We went in the off season and it was a little cool. Property is a little older. You do have to hike up and down a dune to get to the beach. For the older people or people with younger children access to something that could help transport onto or off of the beach would be nice. There is an elevator in the tower portion. It is on the front. It’s still a great experience and was thankful to be close to the beach. Would have appreciated being able to rent carts or electric devices etc to get around (bonus not a demand on the property.)
