Liked: Friendly staff, room was comfortable. Restaurants in area. Close to University.
Disliked: Only complaint was we had a room facing the street so there was a lot of road noise. If my grandson attends Shippensburg we would stay here again, just ask for a room facing the parking lot.

Liked: Clean hotel with very friendly and competent staff at a very reasonable price. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast that is considerably better than most hotels offering complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: We didn't experience any negative aspects at this hotel.

Disliked: Realistically there was no place to sit and enjoy breakfast other than in your room. Breakfast is a game changer for most people who are travelling, and this could have been better addressed by your establishment.The charge for wifi is ridiculous, and a turnoff.

Liked: I went to college in Shippensburg as did my son. We love the area for it outdoor activities. This hotel is perfect for our needs regarding location, ample parking, price, and comfort! Room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable!
Disliked: I would have given a higher rating fir cleanliness but the walls of the elevator were smudged and in obvious need of some cleaning. Otherwise, everything was great! Staff were friendly as well!
