The chalet is fine for a one night stay but if I needed a room with a fridge and microwave, it wouldn't do.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: The toilet handle was broken and we had to remove the tank lid every time we needed to flush the toilet, then push and hold the flapper down so the tank would fill up.

Liked: The bed.
Disliked: The first night the room wasn't cleaned. Then I ordered food from the lounge and got charged twice for a meal. I probably won't stay there again don't like no one stealing from me.

Disliked: The staff at check in was horribly rude and unprofessional. The premises was not upkept. There was snow that morning, and the sidewalks and parking lot were not shoveled. The door leading into lobby was broken.

Disliked: I was told my room was available at 3:00pm. Got there and it wasnt ready. Parts of the hotel was hot. Bartender in the dining area was ok. We waited 15 mins, before he took our order. I paid for the meal with my debit card and tipped him just being nice. The food was not worth the price. Next day after leaving the hotel, I was charged for the room again and the meal was some how charged to the hotel room. How? Very disappointed and frustrated!
