Disliked: The staff who worked in the restaurants and the bars were extremely rude, ignorant not helpful, and they expected you to just know how to order.

Liked: Great location! The room was very clean and spacious. We always enjoy this resort due to the 3 pool areas to choose from and multiple kid activities throughout the week.
Disliked: We were located on the 4th floor out of 5. We had people acting like monkeys most of our stay in the room above us. We told the front desk multiple times about the noise and nothing was done about it. It was very frustrating. This was our 4th year at this resort, and it was by far the worst when it came to having respect for the neighbors around you. The noise level was out of control! Families with kids should not get a top floor!!!!!!
