This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They were remodeling but it was still a nice place. Didn't spend much time there because I attended a concert, so I only used the hotel to sleep but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn't have much time here - checked in at 4pm, went to a concert and checked out at 8am. But from what we saw, it is a very nice hotel with friendly people. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The room was very clean and orderly. Plenty of towels and bathroom was spotless with lots of amenities available. I would recommend the Crowe Plaza to my friends and plan on staying there again soon!

Disliked: The staff is full of liars and they have a horrible attitude . Representative in reservation (Heather maybe) was the most unprofessional person this whole experience. If you listen to our call she would be fired after speaking to a customer that way
