Disliked: Outside pool was not opened this year although not noted on websites Leaking ceilings throughout hotel and renovating all floors above 3 but we were not informed prior to our visit about any of this ? Restaurant and bar not open Breakfast bar sparse and not replenishing by 9am even though open til 11am

Disliked: The hotel was under remodel....no problem. However, I don't believe the hotel lives up to 3.5 stars. The toilet didn't work half of the time. The bed was covered only in a flat sheet with rips all in it. Maybe after the reno it will be better.

Very friendly staff, but could...
Liked: The front desk lady and the maintenance guy were both great! The maintenance guy was first cleaning the pool then came to (temporarily) fix our televisions. The front desk lady was very attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Our bed looked like it had some dog hair in it. I know the hotel is pet friendly, but I didn't like the dog hair in my bed. Also, BOTH of the tvs in our room kept going out and saying "no signal". I addressed this and they were fixed, but then went out again the next morning.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable with a separate bedroom.
Disliked: For 3 1/2 stars, this hotel looked very tired. The hallway carpet was spotted and stained, there were some big holes in the woodwork around the doorframes, and generally over all looked very neglected.

Liked: The staff, they were all very friendly. They just unfortunately work in a place that needs a lot of work.
Disliked: I don't even know where to begin. The building and windows are run down. The interior is rough. There's a strange smell that they were trying to mask with some sort or spray. The carpets are filthy, elevators are filthy, the pool area is not sanitary. The hot tub was a joke. The pool had mold on the tiles on the water line. The coffee they keep in the lobby was over 24 hours old and when asked when new would be provided, he said in about an hour... Which means they knew it was old and left it there. The AC in our room was a joke. We walked into a muggy hot room. The room itself, the floors need shampooed. The bathtub did. Not. Drain. At. All. So only one of us showered this morning. The TV remotes were impossible to use, the buttons would not work. The hallways were dank and beat up. Walls were all dirty, bashed in. I'm so mad I could spit fire for what I paid... Ohhhh and the club level lounge was closed which was not disclosed before check in.
