Lovely hotel with major issues

Liked: The room was just lovely. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: The parking was substandard for the location. 2 elevators with only 1 elevator barely functioning. During our stay the one functioning elevator broke down for an extended time and our room was on the 10th floor. (You work out the inconvenience)
