Disliked: Yes the room smelled. My husband thought it might have been mold from the bathroom. We noticed it didn't have a fan in bathroom. Also noticed that there was mold in the shower grout. I actually thought the smell was the left over smell from diapers. The bed was awesome.

Liked: Quiet; clean; friendly staff; Starbucks Coffee in room.

Liked: Clean; front desk very personable upon arrival; nice being close to downtown.
Disliked: Parking on late check in.

Ridiculous amount of hidden charges. Called the front desk for over an hour and no one would ever answer. The room itself was what I would expect to pay about a quarter of the actual cost for. Fairly clean but way outdated cosmetic features. I will never stay here again. First hotel I have ever stayed in where there was not any kind of free breakfast offered. The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location to downtown.

Disliked: Construction going on every day all day. Not cleanly during this. Staff. It that great . Way over priced for 2 nights

Liked: Offered free beer when I checked in, who doesn't like free beer?! Short walk to Bridgestone/BroadwayRoom was very nice, bed was super comfy
Disliked: An additional $60 to park in the hotel's parking garage

Worst part of Route 40...

Disliked: Website didn't explain that Valet parking would not be on-site. Very chaotic trying to get to Valet area. Then they want you to jump out grab everything and move on. The hotel had MAJOR construction going on. There were jack hammer noises coming from floor below. If I choose to give Nashville another chance I will stay on the outskirts and uber.

Highly recommend , Perfect location...

Liked: We came in for a short birthday celebration, and the hotel was a perfect location to easily access Broadway Street. A Short 4 block walk. The hotel staff was beyond wonderful and accommodating. Very clean and spacious rooms

Liked: Extremely central.Fantastically comfortable beds.Very spacious.Impressive foyer and rooftop restaurant views are gorgeous at night.The best drinks and food I had in USA.

The welcome as I checked...

Liked: The location was good. The golf cart shuttle service was very good and staff friendly. Valet did a good job also.
Disliked: We did not have extra toilet paper in the roomThe elevators did not work part of the time The at lounge had a beautiful view but service could have been better. We got some food and no silverware or plates and napkins were given to us.
