We came for the Stray Kids concert. The hotel was nice and we had access to everything we needed. It was fun to stay in such a nice hotel.

Liked: Beautiful lobby, restaurant and gift shop. Comfortable seating for relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe there. There's a Starbucks inside the lobby. The hotel next door has a donut and coffee shop and other restaurants. It's a short uber to The Kia Forum, and SoFi Stadium, so you don't have to pay much. It is not within walking distance to these venues! I love the valet parking. They took good care of the car. You can have them bring you your car anytime, day or night. Very quiet rooms. You could see the planes, but not hear them at all.
Disliked: The room doors make a loud noise when they close, but I got used to it. The shower floors are very slick and the doors are glass. There's nothing to grab onto if you fall. They should have safety bars. The pillows in my room were a joke. A super flat down pillow and one that felt like a bunch of small rubber balls scrunched up together. I had to laugh. But overall the bed was really comfortable.

Liked: Lovely room, really comfortable bed, nice view, regular shuttle service. Generally a very pleasant stay. I was only there a few hours for my overnight layover between flights so didn't try the restaurants or other facilities, but was very happy for a convenient spot to have a hot shower and get some rest.
Disliked: I know that having QR codes instead of physical menus and things is generally easier, but because I booked late at night and only about 20 minutes before I arrived, I didn't get a 'Marriot reservation number' so I couldn't access the app to see the room service menu or anything else. I tried to call front desk and the reservation number they gave me was the wrong type, so I had no way to access any amenities. Relatively minor problem in the grand scheme of things, but it's still worth fixing.Also could be helpful to put info about the airport shuttle somewhere on the listing/website/confirmation email. I had to go into the FAQs on booking.com to figure out how to find the shuttle location, as the signage at LAX isn't always overly clear.

Great location and amazing staff

Liked: Great for an overnight stay. I stayed here after a flight from Puerto Rico and it was such a convenient location! The receptionist who checked me in late at night was amazing, Sorry I don’t remember her name, but she gave a quiet room so I could catch up on some much needed rest before my long flight back home to Australia.
Disliked: That the restaurant wasn’t opened all day
