Liked: The staff was extremely good: efficient, friendly, accommodating in every way. The setting is beautiful and serene. The property is spacious and has so many options for places to be and things to do, besides being in the room. The restaurant and lounge are convenient, although the food was a 6 or 7 out of 10 at best. The room was very comfortable, except for the pillows.
Disliked: The pillows were not very good, we couldn’t lock the sliding door to the deck, and the food in the restaurant was average only.

Liked: it was beautifully done up for Christmas and reminded me of the Lodges I used to see in movies as a kid! I want to visit again when I have more time to stay in the area.
Disliked: The only complaint would be the carpet in our room. it felt dirty, so we wore socks/shoes. it needed replaced, but didn’t ruin our stay.

Disliked: The room wasn’t the way the website showed, it wasn’t the cleanest, the vests were uncomfortable. The price for the room and the quality of the hotel didn’t match. The pool room was under construction and they didn’t tell you that or post it anywhere. No one came and cleaned the room between the days or replenished towels or wash clothes. It was known that we had 4 people staying only gave us 3 towels.
