Very good

Solid recommendation

Liked: Great Value and Very Comfortable. The cleaning was spotless and the room was small but well organized and convenient. The location was convenient for bus and tube and there were supermarkets within a minute's walk. Having a lift mattered to me and I appreciate the convenience that added to my stay.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Liked: Great location for visiting Hyde Park & downtown area. Easy Check in - strong WIFI - nice staff. Would consider staying again - although in a larger room :)
Disliked: Room (single) is quite small - bathroom could be equipped with a shelf near the sink for toothbrush/toiletries. Price vs quality higher than other cities...

Rustige ligging in levendige omgeving.

Liked: Het was heel schoon. Comfortabel bed en prima ligging tov metro en restaurants.
Disliked: Room with no view.

Old hotel, bad service, bad...

Liked: close to the tube, although the area is not great
Disliked: The single room is extremely small (you can’t even place a suitcase on the floor), when I asked to change it (since the pictures do not indicate how small it is), I was asked to pay a lot extra (more than booking.com prices showed for the same days). I went to the double rooms where my family stayed and they were also too small. The manager is not friendly or helpful in these situations. The rooms are extremely old, with wallpaper getting off the walls and the carpet being super old and dusty, the hotel smells of an old building and dust, the housekeeping would forget to put shower gels in the room, next day they would forget the towels, or clean the bathroom properly. Next to the hotel is a hostel with drunk and loud people, the hotel is close to the Bayswater subway which is good from one hand and bad from another hand, since there are a lot of unsafe looking people walking around at night. It ruins the experience of London coming back to this hotel, next time I will definitely stay somewhere else.
