Very good

Liked: Front Desk shift manager was rude & pretended we weren't standing in front of her. She kept typing. If busy all she needed to do was say I'll b with you soon. Only 1 other staff person at desk was on the phone. She ignored too. All other staff we encountered were great. TOO MUCH SMOKE SMELL IN ROOM & COMMON AREA. Will not stay there again.

Liked: Perfect distance from the Falls!! Quick walk to the park
Disliked: Bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable! The view was not what was expected

Great resort with all the...

Liked: Typical all-in-one Resort & Casino. Tons of luxury, great, comfortable rooms and all facilities one could wish for. Free parking outside, and only 15 mins walk to the Niagara Falls. Tip: every night at 10pm there are fireworks on the Canadian side. You could watch from your hotel room (depending which side your room is located), but better to walk down the Falls and enjoy it over there.
Disliked: Bit expensive.
