Liked: Of all the conditions that this accommodation promises to offer, what really doesn't disappoint is its location. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 2/3 minutes' walk. Between 5pm and 6pm they offer free drinks in a hotel that belongs to their own group. However, it is a 30-minute walk away.
Disliked: The customer service and housekeeping service is absolutely miserable. When you check in, they tell you that the room will be cleaned on the third day of your stay, but that doesn't happen. They also say that they change the towels and take out the garbage every day, which is also a lie as none of this is done.My stay was awful because of this. The receptionists were informed several times about the cleanliness of the room, which impressively was already dirty when we arrived, but they did nothing. We found a huge cockroach inside the apartment and the night receptionist verified its presence when he was called to our room. I was forced to go to reception to request a change of towels and the apartment was only cleaned on the last day of our stay.Finally, during the check-in process they take a deposit of 100$ and promise that it will be returned at the end of the stay. However, I was charged 20$ of that amount and I'm still trying to figure out why. To resolve the situation, I'm going to contact the accommodation directly as I haven't received an email with the invoice for the stay.Absolutely disgraceful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and it's an accommodation to avoid.

Disliked: On booking I was told the location was on Collins Ave. but then when I arrived at the front desk I was told I was staying on Harding Ave???I took a taxi to Collins Ave. and then I had to walk 10 blocks with 2 kids and 4 luggage’s at 11pm.Bed sheets were dirty,the whole time the room smelled marijuana,the door had no blinds so the sun would beam through every morning. No housekeeper ever cleaned the room.The toilet would flush and then you would have to wait a half hour for it to work again.
