Great location and excellent staff!
Liked: The people were so nice and got our room ready early. Also included daily cleaning.

Great environment for a single...
Liked: My entire family of 6 was able to sit comfortably on a 1 bedroom apartment style. We had a wonderful stay, very clean and close to everything!!! Will rebook again next year!
Disliked: No onsite laundry

Liked: Nice off street parking, 10 minute walk to the beach..

Exceptional
Liked: Location. The staff is always great and very helpful. We always look up seabreeze first when we come to old orchard.
Disliked: We really have no complaints. Good value for the location and the rooms are plenty good enough and clean.

The best Maine trip ever!!!!!!
Liked: The area was wonderful because it was so close to the Amusement park and Arcade, which the kids loved.
Disliked: Nothing. I will be staying here as long as there are rooms available.

Definitely not worth it to...
Liked: We liked how close it was to the beach. We also liked the kitchen.
Disliked: The lighting was dim in almost every room. The non stop trains every 2 hours thru out the night that woke up everyone that was staying there, made it extremely hard for us to enjoy the stay. I let my son crawl around when we reached our room and he turned black. Showing us how dirty the floors were.
