Excellent is an understatement.The building...
Liked: Sea Street Inn is simply phenomonal. Our room was exceptionally clean and this entire property is in pristine condition. Walking distance to downtown Hyannis. Adrian?s cooking is beyond excellent.

Calming retreat with an incredible...
Liked: First, the location was ideal. It was a quick walk to the beach, town and the harbor. Main street has plenty of dinner options and the secluded beach was sparsely attended and perfectly calming. The breakfast was really superb. The quantity and quality were well beyond my expectations. The cuisine was exceptional.

Liked: Everything, from the amazing host/chef Adrian to the art in the spacious room, everything was done beyond excellence. Adrian is wonderful, super friendly, made us feel like home. The breakfast included is simply handsdown masterwork. The property is less than 5 mins walk to the beach, close to the Main street where wine and dine happens. If you want to experience everything is done just right and beyond, must stay here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Family Visit To Sea...
Liked: Sea Street Inn is beautifully designed with stunning rooms, very comfortable beds and the highest possible attention to detail. The best designed and high quality showers. The artwork and photographs are outstanding creating a wonderful ambiance. Adrian is an incredible chef and produced stunning breakfasts with particular attention for our daughter who is gluten and dairy free. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming and even went out of his way to give us a lift to town for our ferry to Martha?s Vinyard. Great location 5 mins walk from the local beach and a 10min walk to town. Set in a very quiet neighbourhood, a beautifully designed garden and water feature and lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the stunning garden. We enjoyed the perfect 3 nights here and can?t thank Adrian enough.
Disliked: We cannot criticise this property in any way. It is perfect.

Thanks again and we will...
Liked: We spent an extremely nice, comforting and interesting time at Sea Street Inn. The design of the property, the art on the walls, the music in the house, the cleanliness was great. But the best was the comfort coming from Adrian - the owner. And to get a treat of real gourmet food, coming from his high tech kitchen, was just a cherry on a top. He takes pride in everything he does at the property.

Wish we could have stayed...
Liked: I had booked a trip and stopped in Hyannis so we wouldn't have to rush to get a ferry on our way to Nantucket after flying to Boston. Little did I know that Sea Street Inn was the place to be. Adrian greeted us with refreshments, chocolates and a tour. Every detail of this place has been thoughtfully crafted from the name to the art and furnishings. What truly sets this place apart is the food and charming hosts. Adrian is a trained chef and we woke to the most magnificent breakfast EVER... I really should have taken pictures because everything was so beautiful. It started with delicate fruit salad with mint, lemon zest, and yogurt but then he blew me away with his cured salmon (beet for color, ginger) served in a glass dome of swirling smoke which sat on the table while the flavor infused the dish - it was a WOW moment. I could go on forever about the meal - french press coffee and a lobster roll to finish... however, the real pièce de résistance was the hosts. Adrian took us to the Kennedy compound so we could get a photo, he drove us to the ferry (which we were almost late for because we loved talking to him so much), shared recipes and just made us want to stay. AMAZING!
