Disliked: The hallway to the restroom in the lobby were pure nasty. Looks like the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in a month. The restroom in lobby were pure disgusting. No hot water in the room

Disliked: Need a major major upgrade. All the t.v. shows or fuzzy. Curtains and furniture old as dirt. NO HOT WATER. Odor in rooms and hallways.

Very disappointed

Liked: The suite we stayed in was ok, it was private and was acomidating for our family
Disliked: Extremely over priced , it was very upsetting to pay what we paid and couldn't have access to the water park or any pools but one and it didn't look to be in that good of shape. For what we paid I really expected a lot more. I felt that we should have gotten some of a refund when the lady at the desk said the only thing we would be getting was just the suite and use of one pool and we paid $913 for 3 nights. I feel we were ripped off!!!!

Disliked: Everything. The area was not safe. The pool water was green. Bathroom wall had a hole in it and the sink was stopped up. The tub ran water all night. Little black bugs was everywhere. We were afraid because of activity from people outside. We cut our trip short and checked iut as soon as the office opened in the morning. We arrived after 7 and the office was closed. We wouldn’t have stayed at all.
