Liked: Our room was clean. Parking easy. Beautiful koi pond and beautiful walk to the park. Food at the restaurants close by was excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the live music.

Liked: The grounds were very nice. The bed very comfy. Air conditioning was wonderful.
Disliked: The room was aged. Bathroom tub facet dripped like crazy. Not enough plug ins for our phones.

Liked: Great location. Old Hawaii ambience. Recently refurbished. Umbrellas available. Lovely Walks on Banyan Drive and in Queen Liliuokalani Park. Nice ocean vote from front rooms.
Disliked: No elevator. No porter to help take luggage upstairs. No breakfast. Coffee complementary in lobby but no coffee maker in room. Stairs into pool are treacherous especially for seniors. Very noisy on a busy road.

Liked: Location, parking, staff and general state of the rooms.
Disliked: Baby cot (crib) was a little small and dated. Shop promised amenities but would be better described as a gift shop. Pool was very cold which made swimming with child quite difficult.
