Convenient for the cruise terminal...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Convenient to cruise terminal port.
Disliked: Night manager was friendly but failed to tell us to sign up for the cruise shuttle which caused a delay in getting a shuttle the next morning. Morning manager was helpful in getting it done for us. Night manager did not tell us about the breakfast available so we went out for breakfast. Only found out about it when we got back and the morning manger told us about it. Room had several light bulbs burned out. Carpet was worn.

Liked: I booked a shuttle to and from the cruise port through The Scottish Inn and everything was on time and pleasant, including staff and drivers...
Disliked: Everything was good.

Disliked: Customer service was awful in every way. Room had no iron and basically anything we asked for they said they didn’t have like towels or blankets. Rude personnel. Housekeeping walked in without knocking to shout a warning about check out time. Unsafe grounds (see photos) Gates falling over so no, we refused to park there while on our cruise. They have a shuttle but it costs just as much as it does to park across the street from the Ship port with coverage. SMH Room was gross and bathroom creepy.

Exceptional

Liked: The shuttle and her staff. The staff at the Inn are excellent as well. Veronica made our trip to and from the shop effortless. We will stay there again even if we are not on a cruise.
Disliked: Out dated needs some cosmetic work
