Liked: There rude mean and disrespectful, and the prejudiced and they don't work with people at all. I will never ever come back to this place again and I will not refer anybody to you

Liked: When I arrive, they informed me that my room was booked and sold. Then they tried to upsell me to another room for twice the price. I will never use you guys or them again.
