A booking agent put me into a room at the hotel when we had requested and paid for a Junior Suite (needing a microwave and fridge). Even before I presented the confirmation details, the Sandman offered to upgrade me immediately. I was able to move the very next morning. Susan, at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and even called me taxis.

Disliked: Bathroom very small ,once on toilet hard to close door. Bathroom fan bearing wore out making the sound of the exhaust fan very loud .shower head pressure up and down as being used. Tv not working though maintenance staff tried to make it work .were offered to be moved but by that time were unpacked.
