Loved all the amenities and...

Liked: The location was amazing with a balcony and ocean view. Loved having a nice large pool, tiki hut bar, and only steps from the ocean. The service was excellent with free bottled water, towels for beach, and staff to set up beach umbrellas.
Disliked: The facilities are dated and in need of some maintenance (for example, our bathroom sink drain didn't work), but that's why it's such a good value so I can't complain.

Arrived at 7PM and left...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Old and check in slow and had to check out at desk as to not get extra charge. Expensive for just a bed to sleep in, as my entertainment was elsewhere

Liked: Beautiful beach and sunsets
Disliked: Not a big variety on the food choices, and they did not know how to make a grilled cheese.

Liked: The staff was friendly & courteous. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent.
Disliked: The rooms needed updating.

Great location. Very roomy.

Disliked: The sheets feel like sand paper. The toilet was running all night.

Disliked: The building was very old and in bad shape

Massively overpriced but extremely clean.
