Liked: It's a beautiful accommodation. Very comfortable room, nice pool area, lovely garden, good restaurant, and very friendly staff. It helped it was 30 degrees so the pool was really good for that.
Disliked: Nothing. You need a car tho, but other than that, definitely want to come back.

Liked: Room was nice and airy, mixed old and new, hotel had nice pool area and nice pub to have a dinner in evening. The villige was beautiful. Plenty of parking space. Really enjoyed the stay.

Disliked: A tip was put on every purchase even without seeing the bill. We like to decide this ourselves. Lots of wasps too. They are trying to address this though

Not as good as hoped

Liked: Bath was good size for 2 people. Good facilities and architecture was lovely. Good location and close to Maidenhead train station, plenty of Ubers available. In-door bar was unique and nice atmosphere and feel.
Disliked: We arrived and discovered a band was playing and there was bbq food only, restaurant not serving food. The bbq was below our window. There was a large turn out for the event generating a lot of noise and disrution. This ruined our stay because we were looking forward to a quite stay to celebrate our anniversary but it was right outside our room. The advertised quiet, relaxing and tranquill stay was anything but, we couldnt even have the blinds open to enjoy the view. I wish the Inn contacted us to make us aware there was an event so we could have been prepared to go out or stayed elsewhere. The noise from the event didn't stop until gone 11.30pm. The air con is restricted to 20°, it was semi cool but probably not suited for a large room. The bath had complementary bottles of something, it's refills but no description or ingredients listed. Also comes with a restriction to only half fill the bath. And the closest window is not frosted glass so if you use the shower you could be seen from the garden. The pool is not for residents only, it's in the beer garden and locals can pay a fee to use. It looked beautiful but there was no opportunity to use it due to the event. We were lucky for parking and the car park is large but because of the event other paying guests couldn't get parked.
