Superb

Liked: Beautiful clean studio with sleeping area (queen), kitchen, and bathroom. Good wifi connection, nice large windows. Since I arrived after hours I was given a code to enter the building and retrieved the keys from inside. Room was on the second floor and accessible by both elevator and stairs. I stayed for a few days and the room had everything I needed.
Disliked: At night I was more comfortable heading west on Stanton towards Clinton street rather than walking east on Stanton. Once you get up to Houston or down to Delancey it's lively again. During the day I was comfortable all around.

Pretty good place needs some...

Liked: Room was equipped with a kitchen and outside seating area. Room was a good size for one person .
Disliked: There was constant banging from the neighbors in the other units. Idk if they were remodeling or what but there was constant banging from morning till mid afternoon everyday if you are going out you shouldn?t minds much but if you were like me and have to stay put for quarantine it will get real old real fast. The person on my right didn?t have a sitting area but had created one on the roof by climbing out of her window with some bean bag chairs . This would be fine however it was very awkward sitting on my patio as she was having her date and I was able to see everything so I just made sure to not be out there while she was. The room was not well lit 2 of the interior bulbs were burnt out and there is no overhead light for the main room only lamps the porch light was also burnt out so It was pitch black at night . The sheet kept sliding down on the bed so I was able to see the many stains on the mattress cover I stopped my self before looking at the actual mattress. However there were no bed bugs . Also make sure to shut the door as you shower otherwise it will set off the fire alarm and you will have to go turn it off downstairs in the control room by your self .

Good Vibes

Liked: This hotel definitely lives up to its name. I ended up extending my stay a couple days. It was so good for my mind ,body and soul because it?s holds a real peaceful spiritual vibe.I know now when I have to travel to NY this is now my go to spot. The location was great !!! Two corner stores right outside and a domino?s right next door. Also cvs , liquor stores and grocery store close to the hotel so ur good. Also night life ur not too far from that. It was comfortable overall felt like I was home. I got the best sleep. The A/C in the room was great !!! They had on the perfect setting I was good for my entire stay. Bed sooo comfy. Mario was excellent at answering me when I had questions. I definitely took advantage of the kitchen jus beware of the thin pots lol get hot real fast I set off the fire alarm lol but I swear after that I was top chef in there my bf and I ate great.

I had a great stay....

Liked: I liked the private outdoor patio attached to our room. Also, the pillows were so comfortable, and I loved that I could watch Netflix in my room using my own account. Mario was welcoming and kind.
