Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly
Disliked: The door was unusable by the exit. I requested a ground floor room by the door but when we got to our room you could not use it. Very inconvenient. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Liked: The hotel's price and location were good. It was reasonably clean and the staff was helpful.
Disliked: We found the included breakfast was 'lacking'. Yes, they had coffee, a working waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, and a some cold cereals. But that was about it.The room furniture was worn, with several drawers that would not stay closed or were difficult to open.
