Absolute disgrace and how issue...

Disliked: The hotel has gone out of business. Booking.com failed to ring me back as arranged once I reported it.I lost all my ticket money for the event I was attending as I had to return homeBooking.com have not responded appropriately to my ticket raised

Total mess

Liked: Nothing. The hotel had closed down. Booking.com took our money three days before we arrived. The hotel had been closed for several months. I will be contacting them on Monday. We travelled over 7 hours to find out it had closed ourselves. Absolutely disgraceful!!
