On arrival we were told that our hotel room was 10 doors down from the check-in desk in another building. Once we arrived at the new building it was dark, empty, unmanned and was only full of dirty washing across the floor! Our room was located on the bottom floor which meant we needed to walk down a set of stairs! On the stairs we were greeted with unwashed bedding and towels which meant we needed to move them to walk down to our room safely with our luggage. As you can imagine, carrying two heavy suitcases and dodging the materials on the staircase was extremely difficult and very unsafe! Once we entered the room, the bed was half made with dirt on the sheets. The room was boiling, and there was dust and mould over each surface! The wardrobe was broken and off it's latch, the fridge was extremely loud, the radiator had no heating setting so we were unable to change our room temperature and the bathroom was grubby with limescale! We did not enjoy our stay at the Saba hotel and we will not be using their facilities again. It was dirty, too hot, and too loud! You could hear each and every person located around your room! When it came to breakfast time you had only a choice of scrambled eggs or a cold croissant. We are extremely disappointed with what we had to pay to stay in such a poor establishment.

The hotel was well-finished; the room was small but clean and pretty. There is enough furniture, TV, refrigerator, and a big shower. Everyday the room was cleaned and they changed our towels. The breakfast food was simple but there was a good choice. All the staff were very friendly and polite.

Liked: Very clean; nice and polite staff; service reception 24 hours; very close to metro lines, market, restaurants, pubs.
Disliked: The rooms are not soundproofed.

Overall a good place to rest; superb location and the room has everything you need.

Liked: Comfy bed; kettle; TV and a shower - all the things you need for a stay.
Disliked: Top floor was a bit of a hike when you're wet.

Liked: Very clean and tidy; exceptionally friendly and happy staff. A really pleasant stay and would be happy to stay again when we visit London.
