Bad
Disliked: The hotel cannot be used by normal travelers. It is a refugee accommodation and a guard at the entrance turns any guests/taxis away. I had to find another place in the middle of the night despite having booked and received a reservation confirmatioon.

Liked: When we got to the russ Hill Hotel it was closed and was transferred to another one but no email advising of this 😢

Pleasant
Liked: We stayed at The Europa as Russ hill was being decorated. Comfortable and clean. Did not have breakfast as early flight.
Disliked: Outside area needs attention. Tables were dirty and ashtrays full. As a non smoker I did not appreciate this. Also it would be nice to have outside space for non smokers!

Price was very good room...
Liked: Very good location for the airport and you can park your car at extra cost all in all good all round

Would not recommend to anybody
Liked: The only good thing about the hotel was friendly staff
Disliked: We all slept in one room as ours smelt so bad of mould and smoke

Liked: My room and bed were comfortable & clean and breakfast was very good
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the Russ Hill hotel was not actually open and I was not informed of this. Instead I got to the Russ Hill hotel and couldn't even access the grounds/drive so I rang the number on my confirmation email. I was told that the hotel was shut and that my booking had been moved to the Britannia Europa Hotel, it would have been nice to be advised about that before I set off and wasted time finding the Russ Hill hotel and then travelling through rush hour traffic to the Europa. My friend's room was not very clean, the toilet had not been cleansed and the door would not lock from the outside so anyone could walk in when we were out. All this was mentioned to the receptionist but nothing was done about it.
