Disliked: Altough I told to the reception that I need a shuttle service to go to airport for next day, the shuttle bus was not fixed. Thus I went to airport with taxi. I requested payment receipt, but they told me that they could not give any receipt to me because I paid from Booking.com

Liked: Supervisor day shift mr melcom very helpful.
Disliked: We came 1.00am, no shuttle. We called the reception, very rude lady , answer was no shuttle, if you want cancel reservation. We are not coming back again. We paid extra money only for free shuttle.
