Inexpensive but totally not worth it.

Disliked: The clerk at the front desk was rude; in the night someone kept jingling with door.

I will definitely consider staying...

Liked: Owners and staff very nice, polite and friendly. Grocery stores and others within few minutes walking and access to downtown, freeways and beach just couple miles. It was surprisingly very quiet. Great shower, powerful and spacious.
Disliked: Neighborhood not the best but I knew that before I got there.
