Disliked: The first room we were giving had no AC, and black mold. We asked to move. The room we got moved to, the door barely locked, there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door, and it was roach infested. 10/10 would not recommend.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the clean room and comfortable environment, enjoyed staying at the Red Roof Inn Artisea.. The front desk over seer Bobby was very pleasant and always kind and helpful. I have made the Red Roof Inn my go to hotel.
Disliked: Not having a microwave a little inconvenienat for my extended stay but manageable.

Passable

Disliked: Bathroom wasn't very good. Shower was hard to turn on, hole in wall, looked like water was in bubble in the ceiling. AC didn't work at all.

Liked: Quite and private
Disliked: My heater wasn't working, and there wasn't a comforter on the bed and if there was it was super light.. no heater and no comforter yeah it was cold

The overall experience is positive...

Liked: It’s big and has plenty of parking cleans up fairly decent size and clean.
Disliked: what I didn’t like about the property is the fact that the second time that I’ve gone there and they had no towels available for the first time that houses are ready the second time there was no towels in the room, even though the front desk assured me that turned over. So I had to call her to bring me towels at 1:30 in the morning.

The stay was horrible.

Disliked: Theirs was bugs in my room.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room had no towels and toilet paper. Each time I called them, they would make me go to the main office to get towels and toilet paper. I found 3 roaches in my room. It walls were thin and I couldn't get a good night's rest.
