A nice place to stay...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, very busy but we got a table each day. Convenient location for Disney, useful to have a kitchen in the suite, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, pool and hot tub were good. Free parking.
Disliked: Carpet in the room was a little past its best, a hard floor would make the room look and feel cleaner. Too much single use plastic-all cups, glasses, plates and cutlery are thrown away-terrible for the environment!

I would not return and...

Liked: The location and the scene from the hotel window and the pool.
Disliked: No cooking pans, and lack of silverware. Unfriendly staff and bed in front of the closet unable to use.

It was a comfortable stay.

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: The bathroom was small and needs some cosmetic upgrades.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was more than accommodating, and the facilities were beautiful. Everything we needed for a week long stay.

Disliked: Smell of smoke in bathroom. Amount of plastic used for breakfast

Liked: Breakfast is okay.
Disliked: It is crowded. The room was not cleaned daily.
