Great place some ppl suck at parenting let thier kids run wild

Great facility for stay with kids.

Liked: King suite had lots of room. Underground parking was a nice bonus.
Disliked: Room not made up after first night but front desk got us more supplies.

Disliked: Restaurant staff were horribly untrained. Waitress brought our adult children their meals but never brought ours and told us she forgot to enter them! We left with no supper. The jacuzzi wasn't hot at all and the jets were broken and wouldn't turn on!! It was really overcrowded, the entire pool area. The pull out bed in the king suite 289.00 didn't have pillows or a nice blankets for the pull out bed. Our bedroom door didn't have a door lock for privacy and there were mold stains in the shower on the ceiling. The front staff took over a half an hour to check us in as she was alone to fend calls and guests wanting towels or the TV fixed. The hotel seemed very out dated in general and I expected alot more class from the name Clarion. I was dead wrong. Never staying there again. And the Waitress at the Echo restaurant in the hotel hide from us as we walked by her holding her hand over her face instead of apologizing for never bringing us our food. Everyone else in the restaurant was eating except my husband and I.
