Liked: Benjamin was excellent! Very helpful and polite. The hotel is vintage and has character.The bed was comfortable. The shower was good and hot.
Disliked: There were two wall-mounted type soap holders- but NOTHING in either of them, meaning no containers and no soap. The toilet sits VERY low so be ready...The view- while not possibly nice -was of the roof area- and it looked trashy and dirty out there. Old lumber strewn about- old window screens lying in the dirty mud and mossy bits. Just clean it up.Hard to navigate the area for parking.

Liked: The hotel is located right in downtown. It is a beautiful old style hotel, not old itself but a very classic feel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is a coded entry after 9pm to get in and that makes you feel very safe because no one can walk into the hotel without the key pad code. The doors are all keypad entry with no room keys. There is street parking in the front and a parking lot in the back. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I would very highly recommend this hotel right in the downtown area close to restaurants and shops.
