The website indicated that breakfast was included. When the booking was made breakfast was excluded. The reception staff was going to query this and get back to us - she never did.

Liked: Hotel was in an excellent location and was a lot larger than expected. Staff were friendly as were other guests.
Disliked: Had a gorgeous view from room but windows were extremely dirty so hard to see through

Liked: The room was large and comfortable and the access was easy and appeared to be well maintained
Disliked: The room was not serviced during our visit apparently this is a regular occurrence. The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening and we had to go to another hotel, we were not informed of this until we arrived for our meal
