Only one tiny lift, so many gave up and walked the stairs - even us on the 4th floor. For the state of the place the £39 price was too much.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Room had damp down the wall with brown rust around the taps and bath handles. The outside corridor had mould with a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and they'd put a plastic box underneath. There was a sign apologising but they shouldn't use these rooms at all! At breakfast we asked for hot chocolate but it was like water with cocoa powder in it - undrinkable!

Liked: Convenient location, spacious room and plenty space to unpack.
Disliked: A lot of damage to the room and an ill-fitted bed frame. Desperately in need of an upgrade/

Rude young man at reception

Liked: The breakfast was exceptable
Disliked: 1st room we were given u could see through the door from the outside curtains were ripped NOT a superior room...we got moved 2 another room...not much better...we were moved again the 3rd room was ok & i didn't want 2 keep coming up & down so we made do with wat we got....young boy at reception didn't realise my husband went to check the 3rd room i waited in reception..he was talking about us due 2 us not being happy with the room....he saw me looking at him & quickly changed his attitude but the damage was already done...he shouldn't be talking about customers like that with other members of staff at the counter this made me very angry wasn't a good start 2 our stay
