Great stay - we were right around the corner from Times Square and the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Will stay again and recommend to my friends.

Liked: Location, clean room,
Disliked: The woman checking me in was too preoccupied just to get through the process she was cold & aloof. I saw & heard the big set white man in a pink shirt at the next check in desk alongside her being more engaging & welcoming, wish some of this rubbed off on her. The hotel charges a $30 a day facilities charge plus tax claiming this charge covers wifi, a reusable water bottle, use of the phone for outside calls & the hotel gym. I did not know hotels charged for the use of their gym, why do I need to pay a fee for calls when I travel with my cell & will be happy to pay separately for any local or long distant calls I may use. Also they advertise offering free wifi! This is just an additional fee grab! Not happy...

Liked: The location and cleaning.
Disliked: We booked into this hotel for its location and the appearance of having modern and clean rooms. And we were right, but there were other unexpected problems. The first one was that our room had a window to the outside located a few centimeters of a huge machine of conditioning of the building that emitted a noise that with the closed window was very high, causing that we rested very badly. The second is that when we asked for a room change they did not offer us another because of lack of availability in a huge hotel, and when they could not make it, they offered a morning coffee in compensation, ridiculous. We also asked for a converter for the our European plug and they sent us to the store to buy it, they never lent us one, which is the usual. I do not recommend this hotel for anything, the only good thing is the location and cleanliness, the rest bad.

Liked: Very easy to get in and out of and right by Times Square. Liked the convenience of city kitchen too. You could check in online and get room key cards from a machine in the lobby. This was very convenient as the checkin line was quite long when we arrived and were anxious to start our vacation.
Disliked: The bathroom door was a sliding door that had about a 1.5 inch gap from the frame when closed. Kind of awkward because you could see a bit and hear everything going on in there. A bit uncomfortable when traveling with friends.
