Liked: Staff could not be more helpful. Room spacious and comfortable with adequate facilities
Disliked: Parking is tight and there isn't much of it.

Liked: We never bothered with the breakfast.We have stayed there lots of time and we have another 4 days booked to stay there on 7th to 11th March.Hope we will be able to go with the COVID etc.The rooms are very comfortable and clean and everything that you need is there.The beds are very comfy too.We love walking and theres plenty by there,The shops are good too.We have lots of meals out but you can do something in your room if you just want to .

A pleasant Christmas stay, with...

Liked: Liked the room and its location, and the hotel is conveniently situated for the walls and the city centre. Breakfast was fine, and appropriate that we were asked to take it in our rooms because of the pandemic.
Disliked: Nothing - except that it would have been better not to complete the survey twice! There is no more to add here, but I can carry on if you insist. That's it!
