Room smelled like cigarette all...

Disliked: Place was not clean, the cabinet had trash and stove and dishwasher we're dirt with a bad smell. The room in the hotel are used for long stay and the people that had live there are many smokers. All my cloth came home smelling like cigarettes.

A once nice place turned...

Disliked: Room smelled like rancid cat urine...The cleaning lady was very apologetic and nice, friendly and helpful. The Manager was not on site and she had to teach the cleaning lady over the phone (who was new) and doing her best how to check me in and make a key.

Disliked: it was only 1 worker. when we arrived there we was suppose to stay in a room with to bed but the lady gave it to someone else. when we got our room it was nasty and run down didn’t have a working tv the room was a single room and it was run down. The area is country didn’t have good WiFi my whole stay my data wasn’t good over there because of bad service. really wanted a refund back but the lady says it was non refundable. I’m 2 months pregnant and had a horrible stay the room we stayed in had bed bugs so I ended up having to buy spray god the bed bugs.

Liked: The front desk lady. She literally did everything she possibly could to better the situation
Disliked: First room was dated, stained, and a/c didn't work. Requested another room. Only one available was under remodel. Had to move a refrigerator into it, with help from the front desk lady ( the maintenance man had quit that day also). Found this room had no hot water. Informed the front desk lady. She had already left for the day and said she would get someone to look at it the next day. After driving in from Atlanta and working a 10 hr shift I took a cold shower. Next day, up at 4 am, work 12 hrs, get to hotel and no hot water. Asked for refund ( I booked 3 nights ). Was told refund would take up to 7 business days. Was offered to shower in another room that didn't have a/c either. Was tired and accepted. Stove in my room was disassembled, missing walls and light switch covers. It's a shame because this could be a nice place. Front desk was exceptional.

Disliked: The unprofessionalism of Rodeway and Booking.com employees...this was the worst experience and I will never book with you again. And I will make sure that anyone I know doesn't book with you either.
