Disliked: One staff member was a jerk, he would talk over me & didn't want to hear what I was saying. The automated audit screwed up my checking account because of staff incompetence.

Liked: Nothing we drove all morning. We arrived a bit early and they said they would charge us 50 dollars to check in early. We said no thank you. She assured us that when we got back at around 7:30 our room would be ready. The did have a room but not the one we booked We booked a king size bed and they gave us a room with 2 double.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

Liked: There was nothing about this place to like!
Disliked: Number one we didn't like having to wait in the lobby because we had to wait on the hotel to get paid for by the third party Priceline and that took an hour and a half. Then the owner told us if we didn't like waiting around then we can just leave and go to the motel across the street. The rooms were full of Filth and grime and dirt the carpet was off ripped up in places. We found needles that you could tell were used for drugs in the room it was just a disgusting horrible place with horrible people working there. Then we found bed bugs, many bed bugs underneath the mattress of the bed. The furniture that was used in these rooms we're probably the original furniture from when it was the knights inn back in 1975 the place has not been updated in 25 years.

Disliked: Room was filthy,had bugs in it beds covers had cigarette burns in them TV remote did not work if I didn't have a reservation I would have left the facility. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and motels this is the worst one I have every stayed at and the dirtiest also staff was very short with us when we checked in and out didn't have to sign anything did ask for plate number on car or even id to see if I was who I said I wasPOOREAT RUN MOTEL I HAD EVER SEEN !!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND I don't even know if I would let homeless people stay there they would be better off on the street very disappointing
