Liked: big red insignia fridge with sizable freezershower water is stronggenerally clean
Disliked: no hanger in the bathroompillow below average comfortsmell of chemical on pillow, towels and linenlinen not smooth, feels low qualityThe hotel did not honor the booking.com price instead of using the walk-in price.Also, the booking.com reservation is eventually marked as canceled and I got charged again with the discounted price.I am trying to get this resolved now with booking.com, but very disappointed with the whole reservation process

Poorly
Disliked: When we got to the room it had a strange smell.went into the bathroom there were boxers hanging on the back of the door. Super gross we went to wash our hands and out come hair from someone shaving. I could tell there was things in the drain so the room was not cleaned very well. I tried calling the front desk no one answered. When I went to check out waited five mins no one came

Great staff doing their best...
Liked: The location is great. Right along the I-5. The staff were also super nice and helpful.
Disliked: The location is clearly being renovated. Or at least it is from being another hotel chain. The room, while ok for a night, wasn’t as clean as I’d wish. There was also some obvious electric work going on as there was no fire alarm or fan in the bathroom(just gapping holes). I’d stay for the staff but nothing else. They’re amazing!

Comfortable, noisy stay right off...
Liked: Rooms are comfortable although older, kept up well.Staff that were on the property were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The bot that contacted me constantly once I booked. It was a pain.Also the automated "Virtual Check In" - seems silly to talk to a machine with people off the property (and a noisy environment they were all in) when there is a person right at the desk. The check in took way too long, was intrusive and the person had to end up getting it done anyway

Great place to stay if...
Liked: The staff was an unbelievably helpful and incredibly charming. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the hotel was above and beyond, and the coffee in the lobby was better than the kiosk around the corner.
Disliked: I think the pillows could’ve been nicer, but that’s about it
